- Time frame for cancellation and changes:
- If you decide to change or cancel your project, we will immediately stop production and reduce all costs associated with your project. You can change or cancel at any time but remain responsible for material, labor and production costs incurred on your project. Immediately upon your request for change or cancellation, Arrow Sign Company will attempt to adjust – redirect – cancel – return all materials purchased for your project to minimize costs incurred to you.
- Fees for cancellation:
- Arrow Sign Company does not charge a premium for cancellation. In our experience, cancellations only occur due to unforeseen and extreme circumstances. As your business partner, we will do everything in our control to minimize your risk as we work towards completion of your project.

- Arrow Sign Company has the best warranty in the sign business – we use quality products and employ the best professionals to ensure you never need to worry about your sign.
